About Gardners Trees

Rooted in experience, professionalism and a genuine passion for tree care.

Gardners Trees is built around skilled tree work, reliable service and a team that genuinely enjoys working outdoors. The business has grown around a commitment to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and responsible tree care.

Director and Lead Climber James Gardner has more than a decade of arboricultural experience, beginning his training at Capel Manor College and later developing his skills in Australia. Even the family names seem fitting: Gardner by name, with Wood as his mother’s maiden name.

How We Work

A clear process from first contact to completed work

Initial Contact

It starts with a conversation about the work you need, the site and any immediate concerns or requirements.

Information Gathering

We gather the details needed to understand the scope of the job, access, timings and any practical site considerations.

Site Visit

Where required, we visit the site to assess the trees, working conditions and what will be needed to complete the job safely.

Quotation & Follow-Up

We provide a quotation for the agreed work and are available to answer questions or discuss any adjustments before you proceed.

Scheduling & Tree Work

Once approved, the work is scheduled around the site, available resources and agreed timescales before our team carries out the tree work.

Completion & Invoicing

We check that the agreed work has been completed, then issue the invoice with the relevant payment details and terms.
